Each
May, we invite our youth (ages 5-16) to
present entries of a work of art in four age categories. These entries are judged by an outside professional and all
decisions are final.
The deadline for entries to be in the Home Office is May
31st of each year.
Prizes
are awarded at the following levels:

FIRST PLACE
|
$50.00 and a NSS jacket
|
|
SECOND PLACE
|
$25.00 and a NSS jacket
|
|
THIRD PLACE
|
$15.00 and a NSS jacket
|

The
winner of the Van Gogh Level (ages 14-16) is awarded an extra
$250.00 art scholarship
provided that they enter an accredited art school, or pursue
an art career in
college. Additionally, this winner must meet the requirements
of the NSS Scholarship
Program.
All youth who enter and don't receive a prize receive a NSS Life T-shirt.
