CONVENTION
DELEGATES
A delegate shall
be a member of their assembly for at least one (1) year prior to
the opening of the Convention and who has been active in the affairs
of the assembly. A member not present at a meeting may be
elected. Article IV, Section 3.
An assembly having fifty (50) or less adult members, as of
December 31st, in the year preceding the Convention, shall have
one (1) delegate vote. Larger assemblies shall have one (1)
delegate vote for every fifty (50) additional members, or for the
major fraction thereof; twenty-six (26) or seventy-six (76).
Article IV, Section 5.
Each delegate shall have only one (1) vote. The
maximum an assembly shall be permitted is sixteen (16) delegates.

Each region,
in good standing, regardless of size, shall be entitled to one (1)
delegate at the Convention who shall have one (1) vote and all rights
and privileges of any other delegate. Article IV,
Section 5., b.
Each member of the National
Assembly shall be a delegate by virtue of their office and shall
represent the Society-at-Large. Article IV,
Section 7.
An
Honorary Officer shall be entitled to a seat, voice, and vote at
all Conventions to represent the Society-at-Large, but is ineligible
for any elective office. Article VI, Section 15. |
